Stigmasterol 与 IL-1beta 处理的细胞预孵育显示人和小鼠中的 MMP-3 mRNA、小鼠中的 MMP-3 蛋白、小鼠和人中的 MMP-13 mRNA、人中的 ADAMTS-4 mRNA、人中的 PGE2 蛋白显著减少和鼠标。Stigmasterol 还能够抵消 IL-1beta 诱导的 NF-κB 通路。
