(-)-Epigallocatechin-3-(3''-O-methyl) gallate 可清除 DPPH 衍生自由基 (IC50: 36.54 μM)，并清除 ABTS 自由基 (IC50: 2.59 μM)。(-)-Epigallocatechin-3-(3''-O-methyl) gallate (12.5 μM，30 分钟) 可清除 RAW264.7 细胞中细胞内 ROS 的产生。(-)-Epigallocatechin-3-(3''-O-methyl) gallate (6.25 和 12 μM，24-72 小时) 促进 HaCaT 细胞增殖。(-)-Epigallocatechin-3-(3''-O-methyl) gallate (6.25 和 12 μM，12 小时) 可增加经 250 μM H2O2 处理的 HaCaT 细胞中 HO-1 的表达。
