生物活性：
Ganoderic acid B is a triterpene isolated from a mushroom Ganoderma lucidum. Ganoderic acid B inhibits the activation of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) antigens as telomerase inhibitor. Ganoderic acid B is a moderately active inhibitor against HIV-1 protease (IC50: 170 μM).
体内研究：
Ganoderic acid B (3 或 6 mg/kg，腹腔注射) 可保护小鼠免受 LPS 诱导的肺炎。Ganoderic acid B (5 mg/kg，皮下注射) 对乙酸引起的小鼠扭体具有抗伤害作用。Animal Model:LPS-induced pneumonia mice

Result:Reduced Lung dry/wet weight (W/D) and myeloperoxidase activity in lung.Increased SOD, decreased MDA, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 level.
