D-Panthenol is the biologically-active alcohol of pantothenic acid, which leads to an elevation in the amount of coenzyme A in the cell. D-panthenol exhibits nephroprotective effect in AKI, promotes tissue repair and regeneration.
体内研究：
D-panthenol (200 mg/kg，腹腔注射，7 天) 在 Wistar 小鼠体内横纹肌溶解诱导 AKI 时通过限制脂质过氧化和 SOD 活性，增强肾组织对氧化损伤的耐受性。D-panthenol (200 mg/kg，腹腔注射，7 天) 在 Wistar 小鼠体内横纹肌溶解诱导 AKI 时通过抑制炎症过程，降低 MPO 活性和白细胞浸润来发挥肾保护作用。D-panthenol (4 mg 喷雾剂，每天两次，14 天) 通过保持环境湿度促进伤口愈合，促进 streptozotocin 诱导的糖尿病 C57BL/6 小鼠和 db/db 小鼠的组织修复和再生。Animal Model:Rhabdomyolysis-Induced AKI in Wistar mice

Administration:intraperitoneal injection, 7 days
Result:Reduced leukocyten infiltration and MPO activity in kidney.
Animal Model:streptozotocin-induced DM C57BL/6 mice and db/db (T2D) mice
Dosage:4 mg/kg
Administration:as a spray, twice a day for 14 days
Result:Induced leukocyte prevalence, promoted clearance of necrotic debris from the wound. Induced collagen production from day 10.
