LCH-7749944 (GNF-PF-2356；5-50 μM；24 小时) 以浓度依赖性方式抑制 MKN-1、BGC823、SGC7901 和 MGC803 细胞的增殖。 LCH-7749944 (5 -20 μM；12-48 小时) 诱导 SGC7901 细胞凋亡。 LCH-7749944 (5 -20 μM；12-48 小时) 显著诱导 G1 期细胞百分比的剂量依赖性增加和 S 期细胞百分比的减少。 LCH-7749944 (5-30 μM；24 小时) 以剂量依赖性方式显著降低 phosphoPAK4、phospho-c-Src、phospho-EGFR 和细胞周期蛋白 D1 蛋白表达水平。
