体内研究：
Rachelmycin (13.5-250 mg/kg；腹腔注射，每日 1 次，共 3-9 次) 抑制多种小鼠肿瘤模型的肿瘤生长，如：P388，ADJ-PC6，B16，CD8F1，Colon 26 和 L1210 系统。
体外研究：
CC-1065 抑制 DNA 合成，并通过阻断细胞周期在 G2+M 期对细胞周期产生影响。
