5-Ethynyluridine (75 mM PBS 溶液，1 μl；小脑内注射) 显示出对小鼠中枢神经系统细胞的标记。 5-Ethynyluridine (330-750 μMol/g；ip) 显示在多个器官和组织的细胞中标记到新生 RNA，但在小鼠的中枢神经系统中没有标记。
