AER-271 在体内通过内源性磷酸酶转化为 AER-270。AER-271 在窒息性心脏骤停儿科模型中阻断急性脑水肿并改善早期结果。 AER-271 在啮齿动物缺血性中风模型中减少脑水肿并改善神经学结果。用 AER-271 (5 mg/kg；腹腔注射) 处理的小鼠在缺血性中风模型中表现出改善的结果和减少的脑水肿。Animal Model:Male mice (C57BL/6J, 8-12?week-old, 25-30?g)

Administration:Treated by i.p. injection
Result:Had better outcomes with an average neurological score of 0.89±0.31 compared with control mice receiving vehicle had an average neurological score of 2.50±0.62.
