Soyasapogenol B (25或 50 mg/kg/day, 腹腔注射) 在结直肠癌小鼠肿瘤模型中可抑制肿瘤生长，促进细胞凋亡和自噬。Soyasapogenol B (10 mg/kg, 口服) 通过调节 NF-κB 介导的 BDNF 表达减轻脂多糖 (HY-D1056) 诱导的小鼠记忆损伤。Animal Model:Xenograft murine models

Result:Increased the apoptotic cell death dose-dependently.Increased the expression of cleaved caspase-3, Bax, CHOP, GRP78 and LC3BII.Decreased the expression of Bcl-2 and Ki-67.
