体内研究：
ABTL-0812 (ABTL0812; 120 mg/kg; oral gavage; 5 times per week; for 33 d) induces ER stress in human lung and pancreatic xenografts. ABTL-0812 induces hallmarks of ER stress in vivo. ABTL-0812 increases ATF4 and HSPA5 expression in mice bearing MiaPaca2 and A549 xenograft, respectively.Animal Model:Athymic female nude mice bearing MiaPaca2 and A549 xenograft models
Dosage:120 mg/kg
Administration:Administered by oral gavage; 5 times per week for 33 days
Result:Induced ER stress in human lung and pancreatic xenografts.
