Diethylstilbestrol (2 μg/天，皮下注射) 可刺激小鼠精囊中 ERα 介导的激素毒性，同时改变靶基因甲基化模式和表观遗传修饰因子 (DNMT3A、MBD2 和 HDAC2)。Diethylstilbestrol (340 μg/kg，口服，每 2 天一次，持续 2 周) 可降低大鼠的肾上腺胆固醇和皮质酮。Diethylstilbestrol (5 μg/kg，腹腔注射) 可减少成年小鼠胸腺细胞的数量，并诱导胸腺细胞自噬。Diethylstilbestrol (0.5 mg/kg，口服) 可降低大鼠和人胎盘中HSD11B2的活性。Animal Model:Adult mice
