生物活性：
Irisquinone, a natural product, is an anticancer agent. Irisquinone is also a radiation sensitizer for cancer. Irisquinone reduces GSH level and inhibits the repair of DNA singular strand breaks.
体内研究：
Irisquinone (12.5 mg/kg，每日灌注) 使兔 VX2肺移植肿瘤模型中 Irisquinone + 放疗组瘤壁变薄，坏死面积变大。Animal Model:Rabbit bearing VX2 lung transplant tumor
Dosage:12.5 mg/kg
Administration:Perfused daily, starting from 3 days before irradiation to the end of irradiation.
Result:Displayed no significant difference of tumor growth between the radio therapy and Irisquinone + radiotherapy groups.Showed thinner tumor wall and the larger necrotic area in the Irisquinone + radiotherapy group.
体外研究：
Irisquinone (0-128 nM, 12-48 h) 诱导大鼠 C6 胶质瘤细胞死亡。Irisquinone (4.2 nM, 48 h) 增加大鼠 C6 神经胶质瘤细胞的放射敏感性。
