Dapsone-d8 is a deuterium labeled Dapsone. Dapsone is an orally active and blood-brain penetrant sulfonamide antibiotic with antibacterial, antigenic and anti-inflammatory activities. Dapsone?exerts effective antileprosy activity?and inhibits folate synthesis in cell extracts of?M. leprae. Dapsone can be used as an anticonvulsant and also in the research of skin and glioblastoma diseases.
体内研究：
氨苯砜 (5 mg/kg; i.p.; 单次给药) 具有神经保护作用，显著改进了 Scopolamine (HY-N0296) 诱导记忆损伤小鼠的记忆获取能力。Animal Model:Scopolamine-induced memory impairment model in mice
Dosage:0.1, 0.3, 1, 5, and 10 mg/kg; 1 mg/kg for Scopolamine
Administration:Intraperitoneal injection; single dose
Result:Improved memory acquisition.

氨苯砜 (0.06 mM; 30 min) 抑制 N-Formyl-Met-Leu-Phe (HY-P0224) (1 μM) 和生理激动剂 C5a (100 nM) 触发的细胞内外超氧化物 (O2-) 和胰蛋白酶 E 的释放，而不是对 Phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (HY-18739) (100 nM) 没有作用。
