生物活性：
Phytosphingosine is a phospholipid with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-cancer activities, which can induce apoptosis. Phytosphingosine is an immune regulator and can be used in the study of inflammatory skin diseases. Phytosphingosine is also an activator of GPR120 with an IC50 value of 33.4 μM and can be used in the study of type II diabetes.
体内研究：
Phytosphingosine (0.5-2 mg/kg; 腹腔注射; 每隔一天一次，给药10 次) 在肺癌 C57BL/6 小鼠中具有抗癌活性。
体外研究：
Phytosphingosine (200-400 μg/mL; 60-240 min) 能抑制革兰氏阳性和阴性细菌、酵母和霉菌的生长, 并且明显抑制 IL-1a 的释放，具有抗炎活性。Phytosphingosine (1-5 μg/mL; 24-48 h) 在 A549 和 LLC 细胞中通过诱导 G2/M 期阻滞，细胞凋亡和线粒体依赖通路细胞死亡来抑制肺腺癌细胞增值，IC50 值分别为 4.3 μg/mL、4.5μg/mL。Phytosphingosine (80 μM; 1-10 天) 具有抗菌活性，能抑制 S. sclerotiorum、S. indica 和 V . longisporum 的生长。
