生物活性：
Deltamethrin (Decamethrin) is an orally active synthetic pyrethroid insecticide. Deltamethrin induces oxidative stress and results in inflammation and apoptosis via inhibiting Nrf2/HO-1 pathway. Deltamethrin has an anticancer effect by inducing apoptosis. Deltamethrin can be used extensively in pest control.
体内研究：
Deltamethrin (5.6-18 mg/kg，口服，每天 1 次，连续 15 天) 诱导小鼠氧化应激。Deltamethrin (60 mg/kg，腹腔注射，单次剂量) 可增加大鼠纹状体胆碱乙酰转移酶 (ChAT) 活性。Deltamethrin (15-45 mg/kg，灌胃，每天 1 次，连续 12 周) 通过抑制 Nrf2/HO-1 信号通路促进鹌鹑心肌细胞炎症和凋亡。Animal Model:Swiss albino male mice
Dosage:5.6 mg/kg, 18 mg/kg

Result:Significantly induced lipid peroxidation (LPO) in liver and kidney.Suppressed the activities of vital antioxidant enzymes such as glutathione peroxidase (GPx), glutathione S-transferase (GST) and catalase (CAT).Decreased the glutathione (GSH) level.
Animal Model:Male Sprague-Dawley rats

Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.)
Result:Modulated the hippocampal high-affinity choline uptake (HACU).Increased the activity of ChAT in the hippocampus and cortex.Increased the activity of striatal ChAT.
