Echinocystic acid（每日 5 mg/kg 灌胃，持续 5 天）在利血平诱导的疼痛-抑郁二元组小鼠模型中显示出抗抑郁活性。Animal Model:Male adult C57BL/6 mice (8-10 week old; 18 to 22 g) injected weith Reserpine
Dosage:5 mg/kg
Administration:Intragastrically; daily for 5 days
Result:Attenuated reserpine-induced pain/depression dyad partially through regulating the biogenic amines levels and GluN2B receptors in the hippocampus.
体外研究：
Echinocystic acid（2.5-10 μM；预处理 1 小时）抑制 IL-1β 诱导的 NF-κB 和 MAPK 激活。Echinocystic acid 以剂量依赖性方式抑制 IL-1β 诱导的 MMP-13、NO 和 PGE2 的产生。IL-1β 上调 COX-2 和 iNOS 的表达，且这种增加被棘囊酸抑制。
