D-Glucose (250, 500, 750 mg/kg, 静脉注射, 即刻给药) 保护大鼠胰岛 β 细胞免受四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病作用影响。Animal Model:Male rats (Charles River strain) with alloxan induced diabetes
Dosage:250, 500, 750 mg/kg
Administration:Intravenous injection (i.v.)
Result:Demonstrated slight to moderate degranulation of isletβcells and only minimal or absent evidence of injury, while β cell necrosis was noted in those receiving only alloxan.
