生物活性：
Lactate (Lactic acid) is a hydroxycarboxylic acid receptor 1 (HCAR1) activator and an epigenetic modulator inducing lysine residues lactylation. Lactate is a glycolysis end-product, bridging the gap between glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation. Lactate is an oncometabolite and has immune protective role of lactate in anti-tumor immunity.
体内研究：
Lactate (Lactic acid；1.6 g/kg；皮下注射；每天一次；第 8 天至 30 天) 在 MC38 结肠癌模型中显示出 CD8+ T 细胞依赖性肿瘤生长抑制作用。Animal Model:Female C57BL/6 mice with MC38 colon cancer cells
Dosage:1.6 g/kg
Administration:Subcutaneous; daily from Day 8 to 30 days
Result:Significantly suppressed tumor growth.
体外研究：
Lactate (Lactic acid；20 mM；24、48 小时) 导致细胞增殖和迁移显着减少，作用并将细胞代谢转变为氧化磷酸化。Lactate (20 mM；24 小时) 显示 MCT1 和 HCAR1 的蛋白质和 mRNA 表达水平增加。
