体内研究：
2,2'-Bipyridine (40 mg/kg；sc；一次) 产生初始高血糖 (2 小时增加 53.8 mg/100 mL)，然后在 24 小时出现短暂的低血糖阶段，不会产生永久性糖尿病。Animal Model:Male Holtzman rats (6-8 weeks old).
Dosage:40 mg/kg
Administration:Subcutaneous injection; once.
Result:Showed hyperglycemic activity.
