Glutaminase C-IN-1 (Compound 968) is an allosteric inhibitor of Glutaminase C that inhibits cancer cell growth without affecting their normal cellular counterparts.
体内研究：
Glutaminase C-IN-1 (化合物 968) (200 μg/小鼠；腹腔注射；每天一次，连续 12 天) 减少小鼠的肿瘤体积。Animal Model:SCID mice with P493 B lymphoma cells
Dosage:200 μg/mouse
Administration:Intraperitoneal injection, daily for 12 days
Result:Caused a ~50% reduction in the size of the tumors.
体外研究：
Glutaminase C-IN-1 (化合物 968) (10 μM；14 天) 抑制 NIH 3T3 细胞的细胞转化。Glutaminase C-IN-1 (10 μM；6 d) 阻断Dbl特定靶标的信号活性。Glutaminase C-IN-1 阻断人乳腺癌细胞的转化活性。Glutaminase C-IN-1 (10 μM) 阻断转化细胞中的谷氨酰胺分解。Glutaminase C-IN-1 优先结合单体状态的谷氨酰胺酶 C。
