Smurf1-IN-A01 is a Smurf1 inhibitor. Smurf1-IN-A01 has anticancer activity and can be used for the research of osteoporosis and age-related macular degeneration.
体内研究：
Smurf1-IN-A01 (10 μM, 2 μL，玻璃体腔微量注射，单次给药) 可减轻视网膜变性模型小鼠的视网膜损伤。Animal Model:retinal degeneration model mice
Dosage:10 μM ,2μL
Administration:Injected into vitreous cavity by micro-syringe
Result:Reduced drusen-like spots.Resulted outer nuclear layers wider and straighter.Caused inner segment and outer segment hinge of photoreceptor cells disappeared.Down-regulated NLRP3 and inhibited IL-1β.Could decrease the death in NaIO3 retina.

Smurf1-IN-A01 (10 μM, 30-60 min) 阻断 c 型凝集素受体 2d 介导的 β 葡聚糖刺激下 RAW264.7 细胞中 MyD88 的降解。Smurf1-IN-A01 (10 μM, 24 h) 减弱在 C3H10T1/2细胞中 ALP 活性和茜素红染色增强的作用。Smurf1-IN-A01 (10 μM, 12 h) 降低 MCF-7 和 T47D 细胞中 ERα 蛋白和 ERE 荧光素酶活性。
