体外研究：
Nifurtoinol shows MIC values of 0.9-50 mg/L to 122 strains of Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter sp., Citrobacter and Proteus vulgaris isolated from infected urinary tracts of children.Nifurtoinol inhibits Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Proteus mirabilis with MIC values of 100->200 mg/L.
