BI 6901 is a potent, selective CCR10 antagonist (pIC50=9.0). BI 6901 shows high selectivity over other GPCRs, including a number of other chemokine receptors. BI 6901 is efficacious in the murine DNFB model of contact hypersensitivity and can be used for inflammation research.
体内研究：
BI-6901 (腹膜内注射；100 mg/kg；bid.) 在致敏小鼠中对 DNFB 刺激的耳肿胀表现出剂量依赖性抗炎反应。在同一模型中观察到的 BI-6901 疗效水平与使用抗 CCL27 抗体观察到的疗效水平相似 (60-85%)。Animal Model:Balb-C mice with a DNFB model of contact hypersensitivity.

Administration:Intraperitoneal?injection
Result:Had a inhibitory effect on the DNFB stimulated inflammatory response in sensitized Balb-c mice.
