生物活性：
Salbutamol (Albuterol) is a short-acting beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist with oral activity. Salbutamol promotes tumorigenesis of gastric cancer cells through the β2-AR/ERK/EMT pathway. Salbutamol is used to study bronchospasms caused by asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
体内研究：
Salbutamol (5 mg/kg/day, 口服, 连续 2 周) 可增加胃癌裸鼠的肿瘤生长能力。Salbutamol (6 mg/kg, 口服, 连续 4 周) 对 STZ (HY-13753) 诱导的糖尿病大鼠骨骼肌萎缩具有显著的保护作用。Animal Model:STZ induced diabetic rats
Dosage:6 mg/kg
Administration: p.o. for 4 weeks
Result:Enhanced muscle grip strength, coordination, and antioxidant levels.Reduced proinflammatory markers and oxidative stress. Reduced serum muscle biomarkers. Increased testosterone, restored lipidemic levels, and improved muscle cellular architecture.
