体内研究：
2R, 4R-APDC (1-10 nmol; ICV; daily for 14 days) decreases cell proliferation in the dentate gyrus.Animal Model:Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing between 300 and 350 g
Dosage:1 nmol/10 μl; 10 nmol/10μl
Administration:ICV; daily for 14 days
Result:Resulted in decreased BrdU-immunoreactive cells in the DG.
