The imipramine N-glucuronide formation by the single expression system of trifluoperazine N-Glucuronide follows the Michaelis-Menten equation. Trifluoperazine N-Glucuronide interacts with the human UGT1A1 and UGT1A6, affecting the enzymatic activities.
