Taxuspine B is a natural product, that can be isolated from Japanese yew Taxus. Taxuspine B exhibits appreciable taxol-like activity to reduce CaCl2-induced depolymerixation of microtubules among the taxoids.

Taxuspine B 对小鼠淋巴瘤 L1210 (IC50=18 μg/mL) 和人表皮样癌 KB 细胞表现出较弱的细胞毒性，在 10 μg/mL 时抑制率分别为 42.3% 和 11.8% 。
